A few weeks back I wrote about the "Second Expert Report on Food, Nutrition, Physical Activity and the Prevention of Cancer: a Global Perspective" published by The American Institute for Cancer Research and the World Cancer Research Fund. This month's issue of the Nutrition Action Healthletter (published by Center for Science in the Public Interest) gives a very in depth review of what those findings are and what they mean. In addition they have an interview with Walter Willett head of the department of nutrition at Harvard School of Health in Boston. This article really boils down the information into a very understandable format. Excellent information.
